Revolutionizing Health care with AI, the AI4Health Center is a collaboration of UNC Charlotte colleges leveraging AI technologies to inform personalized, data-driven, and precise health care decisions to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.  

The Center for Trustworthy AI Through Model Risk Management (TAIM) is multi-disciplinary team working to establish frameworks so the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and AI-based systems is safe, controlled and managed in all applications.

The Center for Humane AI Studies (CHAIS) is an interdisciplinary research group dedicated to exploring the implications of artificial intelligence through the lens of humanities and social science to explore how AI intersects with social crises.

CITeR is a unique cooperative model which addresses industry and government challenges and provides an over 20 times return on investment.  UNC Charlotte is excited to join CITeR as a University Site (pending NSF approval).  

The Center for Leadership Science (CLS) takes an interdisciplinary approach to researching and teaching leadership, and addresses the barriers and challenges that emerging leaders face in rising to leadership positions.

The Center for Computational Intelligence to Predict Health and Environmental Risks (CIPHER), focuses on genomics and computing technologies as applied to human health, microbiology, and biological diversity.

The Center for Applied Geographic Information Science (CAGIS) addresses pressing multi-scale urban and environmental issues through cutting-edge spatiotemporal analytics and innovation.

The Center for Energy Security and Reliability (CESAR) is where innovation meets impact in cybersecurity and sustainable energy solutions.
