OSPA Post Award Management
The Post Award Management Team is responsible for providing fiscal management of sponsored funds awarded to the University, including daily transactional support to faculty and college-based post-award staff. This group is also responsible for overall sponsored program financial reporting compliance.
Tasks
Awards Management teams handle the following specific tasks:
- Grant/fund set-up and Banner budget entry
- Subcontract review and encumbrance
- Expense documents review/approval (travel, direct pay, personnel actions, tuition)
- Journal voucher processing for cost transfers
- Release time processing
- Budget revisions
- Cost Share Reporting
- Fiscal reporting to sponsors
- Sub-recipient monitoring
- Award close-out
- Final reconciliation
- Financial Reporting
